Description:
1. The subject of the order will be the provision of various equipment services (service on the Contractor's side) on the premises of the Waste Management Plant Sierzno Sp. z o. o., equipment at the Contractor's disposal in the quantity and on the terms described below: 1) A waste transport vehicle with a capacity of min. 12 tons (hauler) - operator on the Contractor's side;2) wheel loader - operator on the Contractor's side.2. The services will include loading waste from the compost maturing site onto a truck and taking it to the storage area in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as unloading the waste.3. The place of order fulfillment is registered office of the Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party estimates that the Contractor will be obliged to load approximately 13,000 m3 of waste, but not less than 7,500 m3 of waste (average waste density is 185 kg/m3). The amount of waste that the Contractor will be obliged to remove will be measured based on the dimensions of the pile.5. Ordering party stipulates that the Contractor, after receiving the order, will be obliged to remove waste with a volume of not less than 300 m3 per day.6.
