- 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of an evaluation study entitled "Preliminary assessment of the effects of the use of territorial instruments under the European Funds program for Pomerania 2021-2027"
2. Description of the subject of the contract was specified in:
• Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ;
• Project of the contract, which is Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The law applicable to this contract (including for the contract concluded as a result of this procedure and for the assessment of the legal effects of all documents in this contract) is Polish law, taking into account the law of the European Union.
4. The Employer does not reserve the obligation to do the contractor in person key parts of the contract. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the subcontractor's order. In such a situation, the contracting authority requests the contractor to indicate a part of the contract, which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the contractor providing the names of subcontractors (if known).
5. In all SWZ entries and its attachments, in which the Employer refers to standards, approval, technical specifications or reference systems, or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin are indicated (names manufacturers or devices), in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
