Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance level five (P5) maintenance for five electric multiple units type 32WEa with numbers 32WEa 001 (EN77-001 series), 32WEa 002 (EN77-002 series), 32WEa 003 (EN77-003 series), 32WEa 004 (series EN77-004), 32WEa 005 (EN77-005 series) according to the "Documentation of the Maintenance System for Electric Multiple Units type 32WEa" and the Description of the Subject of the Order approved by the Ordering Party. The scope and method of performing all the works referred to above are included in or result from the DSU, as well as from the Technical and Operational Documentation. As part of the Basic Works, the Contractor will perform all works and services referred to in point 6 of the OPZ. The subject of the order may also be the performance of additional works related to P5 level technical maintenance of individual or all Vehicles, going beyond the scope of work provided for in the DSU, referred to in point 7 of the OPZ. The work referred to in this section may be ordered to be performed as part of the Ordering Party's exercise of the option right indicated in §10 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement. A detailed description of the Basic Work and Additional Optional Work is included in the OPZ. The Contractor will perform the works in accordance with the actual condition of the Vehicles on the date they were handed over to the Contractor by the Ordering Party.
