- The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the determination in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Act on forests"), including work in the field of obtaining and tearing wood to be carried out in the forest inspectoratePieลsk in 2025. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2025, the above does not desert the possibility of exercising the rights arising from the contract (including in particular reporting readiness for receipt and calculation of contractual penalties) after the deadlinethe final one referred to in the previous sentence, as well as the possibility of extending the period of performance of the contract by way of amendments to the contract. Dates of implementation of individual works (in each of the packages) will be referred to in orders prepared by the Employer's representative.
