Description:
1. The subject of the Agreement is the performance of works on the Vehicles by the Contractor for the Ordering Party (hereinafter collectively referred to as: "Subject of the Agreement"), consisting in the performance of:
1.1. Maintenance level four (P4) inspection of eight (8) electric multiple units type 31WE, EN78 series with numbers EN78-001, EN78-002, EN78-003, EN78-004, EN78-005, EN78-006, EN78-007, EN78-008 in accordance with the scope specified in the Maintenance System Documentation No.: NS/31WE/3028/16 of January 31, 2024 on the terms specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (attachment No. 4 to SWZ)
1.2.Review of the fourth maintenance level (P4) five (5) electric multiple units type 45WE, EN79 series with numbers EN79-001, EN79-002, EN79-003, EN79-004, EN79-005, in accordance with the scope specified in the Maintenance System Documentation No.: NS/45WE/3029/16 of January 31, 2024 on the terms specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ)
1.3. Additional works going beyond the permanent scope of the DSU, the need for which will be diagnosed by the Contractor in the course of performing inspections at the P4 maintenance level for individual Vehicles of the 31WE type, EN78 series indicated in point 1 above, and Vehicles of the type 45WE, EN79 series indicated in point 2 above, within the cost limit of these works indicated by the Ordering Party in § 6 section 1 letter e) in the draft provisions of the contract (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ)
