The subject of the contract is:
performing the function of a contract engineer at the contract entitled: "Construction of the Nidzica beltway along voivodship road No. 545"
as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract and as part of the remuneration specified in the contract, the Contractor will perform services related to performing the functionEngineer in the scope of order for construction works together with significant and insignificant changes and on the basis of an appropriate power of attorney will obtain permission to use the road in question and all facilities covered by the contract for construction works on behalf of the ordering party.
Under the implementationthe subject of the contract, the Employer provides for the possibility of applying the right of options.
The contractor will act as a contract engineerAs part of the option on the principles and in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract for the function of a contract engineer at the contract: "Construction of the Nidzica bypass within provincial road No. 545".In the event that, as part of the contract for the performance of construction works, the contractor will declare the warranty period longer than 5 years, but not longer than 8 years, and when the services resulting from the right options are in the scope of financial capabilities of the Employer.
