The subject of the order includes management and supervision of the implementation of construction works for individual stages of the Investment, consisting of:
1 Maja in Elbląg from Słowiański Square to Constitution Square - with the planned date of construction works in 2026 stage 1.
Browarna with the planned date implementation of construction works in 2026 - stage 2.
May 3 to
Polna w Elbląg and reconstruction of the tram traction section in ul. May 3
in Elbląg from Plac Konstytucji to Plac Grunwaldzki - with the completion date of construction works in 2027-2028 - stage 3.
4) Reconstruction of the tram traction section in Aleja Grunwaldzka in Elbląg from the turnout at ul. Jan Amos Komeński to the platforms of tram stops at the tram terminus at ul. Druska - with the planned completion date of construction works in 2027-2028 - stage 4.
The subject of the order also includes cooperation with participants of the construction process and handling of the warranty period performed works under the quality guarantee and warranty provided by the construction contractor.
