A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is to perform the function of the Contract Engineer on the investment task. Construction of the Pszczyna Cultural Center, taking into account sports and recreational functions together with technical infrastructure and land development ".2. The subject of the contract should be treated as the provision of services consisting in the fact that the Contractor will supervise and control as part of a contract entrusted by the Ordering Party - the function of the Contract Engineer on the implementation of the investment task carried out by the Ordering Party entitled Construction of the Pszczyna Cultural Center, taking into account sports and recreational functions together with technical infrastructure and land development. " This investment will be implemented on the basis of a definitive decision to build a building no. 464/20 of May 22, 2020, (No. AB-V.6740.1518.2019). 3. The Ordering Party shall understand the Service of Function of the Contract Engineer, as a function carried out by a team of specialists described in this SWZ.4.
