• Description:
• The subject of the Agreement will be performed in stages, in which the Contractor undertakes,
  in particular, to:
  STAGE I - covers the period from the moment of submitting complete Design Documentation (DP) for individual investment plans by the Contractor (planned period
  from October 2023 -o February 2024 - for DP for tasks classified as RESERVED; November 2023 for the DP for the SECRET task) and lasts until the final acceptance of the DP for a given investment project, i.e. the meeting of the Investment Projects Assessment Committee (KOPI). The contract engineer at this stage is bound by the full,detailed knowledge of investment project documentation. Design works are carried out by AMW Invest Sp. z o.o., Al. Jerozolimskie 97, 02-001 Warsaw;
  STAGE II - selection of the Construction Works Contractor (WRB);
  STAGE III - performing the multi-branch function of the Investor Supervision Inspector and managingia, coordination and control of the compliance of construction works with the design documentation (in particular with the construction design), STWiOR, building permit, regulations, standards and principles of technical knowledge, provisions of the contract concluded with the RB Contractor, until obtaining thefor use and preparation of the procedure for final acceptance of construction works and commissioning.
