Description:
Scope of the subject of the contract:
Total 62 in Rybnik - Orzepowice, in accordance with applicable regulations, terms of the contract and SWZ provisions,
2) construction management i representing the contracting authority at the construction site,
3) conducting explanatory and information activities related to the implementation of the investment,
4) Coordination of activities related to the construction intention after the completion of construction works and in the warranty period (60 months).
Detailed requirements and the scope of the order was specified in the attachment
No. 10 to SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract".
The contracting authority requires that the person intended to be kept The secretariat of the Investor's Supervision Coordinator Office was employed by the Contractor under an employment contract in accordance with art. 25 Code work and did work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.
In relation to contractors based outside Poland, the Employer allows employees to employ employees on the basis of equivalent legal regulations of the parent country.
Contractor or The subcontractor may employ new employees, or appoint a contract of previously employed employees for the implementation of the order.
