Description:
1. The subject of the flying is the implementation of the task entitled: Penienie function of the Investor's Supervision Inspector in the implementation of the investment task entitled Construction of the threshold of Piązce on the Narew River at the towns of the Narew National Park stage I in accordance with art. 25 and 26 of the Act Law construction (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 725, i.e.) in the scope of Robt.2. The construction investment is located on the Narew River in km 305+020 (according to ISOK) in the Podlasie Voivodeship, the Biaostocki poviat, the Choroszcz commune, at the locations. 3. The scope of construction robs includes in the stage and investment: 1) The sewage of the existing threshold of Piązce together with the fortifications of the slopes within the threshold, 2) protection of the resulting river bend against further washing, by insuring Brzegw in the form of a light -type shore band and transverse structure (ostrg), 4. The scope of construction robs does not include In the stage of the first investment: 1) the structure of the new Piążce threshold, 2) buildings of the shore tasks in the Obrb of the designed building, constituting the Insurance of the slopes of the Narew River.
