- The subject of the order is to act as the Investor's Supervision Inspector over construction and installation works in all industries (construction, sanitary, electrical) along with the delivery and assembly of technological devices and equipment permanently connected to the substance of the building in the scope of the above-mentioned investment: Modernization of hospital departments located in building C: - floor 1 - Clinical Department of General Surgery and Clinical Nutrition, - floor 2 - Clinical Department of General, Oncological and Bariatric Surgery and the Department of Endoscopy, - floor 3 - Clinical Department of Urology with creation of a space for Chemotherapy. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. The Ordering Party provides the design documentation for the above-mentioned investment in accordance with Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ. The order is financed on the basis of the Co-financing Agreement No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0063/24/KPO/114/2025/106 for support from the development plan funds for the project titled "Strengthening the resources of the Prof. W. Orłowski CMKP SPSK in order to increase the efficiency, availability and quality of oncological care" implemented as part of the National Reconstruction Plan and Increasing Resilience: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities."
