Description:
1. The subject of the plan is to remove investor supervision, to the extent described in the draft contract, over the implementation of the investment task entitled Construction of a social and cultural building for the needs of residents of the Bialski poviat. Investor's supervisor will be concerned to the extent resulting from the provisions Construction Law and executive provisions to the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended). The deadline for removal includes the whole period of construction robbery. The final date of the implementation of the removal will be dependent on the date of ending the performance of the contract for the work Construction, which will be obstructed by supervision. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to participate in warranty inspections and post -warranty receipt of the investment, without additional remuneration. 2.
