DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDERThe subject of the order is to act as an investor's supervision inspector over the implementation of the investment, called: Construction of a Civil Protection (OL) and Civil Defense (OC) warehouse.2. The supervision inspector's services will be performed based on the material scope of the works agreement that the Ordering Party will conclude with the contractor of the task carried out in the design and build formula called Thermal modernization of educational buildings in Myszkow County - Comprehensive thermal modernization of the building of the School Complex No. 1. E. Kwiatkowski in Myszkow, selected as a result of separate granting proceedings public procurement.3. The subject of the contract referred to in section 1 1 of the contract concerns the implementation of investor supervision over project documentation in terms of its completeness and formal and legal correctness, as well as investor supervision of the following specialties: construction, construction and sanitary, resulting from the formula design and build on the basis of the Material and Financial Schedule, the Functional and Utility Program of the bill of quantities, the contract referred to in section 2 and all activities resulting from the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418). ...
