• Performing the function of Investor Supervision for the task: "Modernization, expansion and renovation of the sewage treatment plant in Nowy Targ" The subject of the order is to perform the function of Investor Supervision over the implementation of the investment task titled: "Modernization, expansion and renovation of the sewage treatment plant in Nowy Targ", carried out by MZWiK Nowy Targ Sp. z o. o. in the "design and build" (P+B) formula, as part of the FEnIKS project entitled "Expansion and modernization of the sewage management in Nowy Targ - Stage III" (financing agreement no FENX.01.03-IW.01-0059/25). 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest pełnienie funkcji Nadzoru Inwestorskiego nad realizacją zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Modernizacja, rozbudowa i remont oczyszczalni ścieków w Nowym Targu”, prowadzonego przez MZWiK Nowy Targ Sp. z o. o. In "design and build" formula (P+B), as part of the FEnIKS project entitled "Expansion and modernization of the Wastewater Management System in Nowy Targ - Stage III" (financing agreement no. FENX.01.03-IW.01-0059/25). 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, scope of responsibilities of the Supervision Investor's Report, reporting requirements and standards of service provision are included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, as well as the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 4.
