- 1 As part of the European Funds program for social development 2021-2027, co-financed from the RODKW European Social Fund Plus.2. Leader The family education process will be responsible for: 1) conducting school and workshops for families, 2) individual consultations with families, 3) support of families in the implementation of educational cells, 4) to cooperate with educational and social institutions, 5) monitoring the postpws of family members in the education process. 3. The number of involvement, on the basis of a mandate contract, is 1350 hours (45 hours a month, for a period of 30 months). 5. The contractor should have: 1) work skills from groups using active methods of communication, 2) interpersonal and communication skills, 3) familiar system educational, 4) Social construction of relationships with families, 5) skill of motivating and inspiring, 6) skill of solving problems and dealing with difficult situations, 7) skill in a team. 6.
