Description:
The subject of the contract is a service involving the function of a replacement investor through:
1) full -branch investor supervision over the implementation of project documentation,
2) participation in the preparation and conduct of tender procedure for the selection of the general contractor of construction works,
3) participation in the preparation of the material and financial schedule of investment,
4) Management of changes, e.g. project, organizational, etc.,
5) full -branch investor / technical supervision over the implementation of construction works completed by obtaining a building permit for the building and the final report with settlement of modernization,
6) controlling the removal of defects and defects reported during the period granted by the designer or general contractor of construction works for warranty for defects and guarantees for the design documentation performed or completed construction works,
7) participation in the review before the final the expiry of the warranty period granted by the general contractor for construction works and warranty for flaws.
