Description:
1. The subject of the contract is investor supervision over the implementation of construction works in the scope of expansion of municipal road No. 116589d - ul. Beethoven in Wałbrzych consisting in the construction of an infiltration and reservoir reservoir necessary to develop rainwater flowing down from the beltDrogowy ul. Beethoven as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of a retention and resonant reservoir at Beethoven Street in Wałbrzych." The place of implementation of the investment is located on plots No. 15/1, 18/17, 18/18 precinct No. 32 Gaj.
The task includes:
• demolition of existing elementsdevelopment of the area conflicting with the investment -
to the necessary extent,
• cutting of shrubs,
• earthworks (excavations and embankments),
• construction of access to the tank (pavement made of concrete cubes),
• Building concrete prefabricated elements such as curbs,
• expansion of rainwater drainage,
• constructioninfiltration and conducive tank,
• fence structure,
• strengthening of the tank slopes with openwork plates,
• Reconstruction of SN electricity cable lines and NN
• Protection of SN power cable energy lines and NN
• Protection of existing NN and SN cable linesexisting telecommunications networks
