1 Substitute for the investment task entitled: "Design and execution of construction works for the HCchoma and teaching building together with the expansion of the G building for the Tarnow Academy" in the formula design and build ", consisting in the provision of management services related to management, control, supervision and settlement implementation of construction works, supplies and services.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was included in Annex 3.
3. Stages of the order:
a) stage I: Preparation and conduct of the public procurement procedure,
b) Stage II: Supervising the work of the design unit subject of the contract, consulting and approval in consultation with the Employer of the designed solutions,
c) Stage III: Active participation of a team of supervision inspectors (with appropriate vocational preparation and having appropriate permissions) over the implementation of construction works performed by the contractor,
d) Stage IV: Obligations of a substitute investor related to the final acceptance of the task together with obtaining an occupancy permit,
e) Stage V: Supervision in the period of quality guarantee and warranty.
