Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service including investor supervision over the implementation of construction works in the field of reconstruction of ul. Lubelska in Wałbrzych on the section from the contact with the sidewalk ul. Wysockiego to the gallery 7 roundabout together with the intersection with ul. Browarna and the section of ul. Browarna and the construction of ground parking lots in the area located between Browarna, Kolejowa and Lublin streets.
No. 21 Nowe Miasto.
3. Construction works covered are the following permits enabling the implementation of the investment:
Lubelska on the section from the contact with the sidewalk ul. Wysockiego to Ronda - Gallery 7 with an intersection with ul. Browarna and the section of ul. Browarna in Wałbrzych:
Certificate of 13.12.2022 issued by the Mayor of the City of Wałbrzych, who did not object to the intention to perform construction works entitled "Reconstruction of ul. Lubelska on the section from the contact with the pavement of Wysockiego to Ronda - Galeria 7 with the intersection with ul. Browarna and the section of ul. Browarna in Wałbrzych (Journal of Laws No. 2261/2, 277/4, 278/14, precinct Nowe Miasto No. 21);
