- POLREGIO S.A. Invites performers with knowledge and experience regarding the order to submit a price offer to the geodetic service of the Vionality of the I-40 traction pole, the POLREGIO S.A. Traction network. at the Wrocław Głowny station in a plane perpendicular and parallel to the axis of the track. The inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022 item 835), b) art. 5k of the Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding measures limiting the link to Russia's actions destabilizing the situation of Ukraine (Journal of Laws of U.
