Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services covering the performance of an investment replacement for the task: "Improving efficiency Energy eight public infrastructure buildings located in Wałbrzych and covered by conservation supervision, through their thermo -modernization applies to the building at Matejko 1, 58-300 Wałbrzych, in accordance with the decisions on building permit, in accordance with the decisions of the Lower Silesian Voivodship Conservator of Monuments, project documentation, STWIORB, specification of the terms of the contract, and the contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with institutions co -financing the task and in accordance with applicable law, i.e. comprehensive legal, financial and technical service, settlement of funds allocated by the Employer for its implementation, and cooperation in the implementation of contracts for co -financing the task.
2. The task referred to in points 1, is co -financed by the European Union as part of the Fund for Just Transformation - European Funds program for Lower Silesia 2021-2027, priority: Feds.09 European funds for the transformation of mining areas in Lower Silesia, action: Feds.09.05 Transformation environmental, project type: 9.5.E Reclamation, renaturalization, remediation, decontamination and development of areas, post -mining buildings, post -mining and post -industrial by restoring biodiversity and giving them new economic and social functions (subregion Wałbrzych).
