Description:
1. The subject of the contract is supervision over design works and construction works related to the construction of a bus depot at ul. Beethoven in Wałbrzych - plot No. 18/18 and 15/1 No. 32 Gaj and conducting the task settlement.
The duties of a replacement investor will include:
1) Administration of contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with contractors of works on the task.
2) cooperation with the Employer in the implementation of contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with institutions co -financing the task.
3) fulfillment of all obligations arising from implementation instead of the contracting authority Tasks specified in the provisions of Polish law, and in particular the Act - Construction Law with executive acts.
4) representing the Ordering Party during the implementation of the contract against the authorities, offices, courts, partners of tasks and other institutions, including the implementation of the Construction Law provided for in the Act - activities related to obtaining the required permits, decisions, applications, opinions and approvals.

a) representing the Ordering Party at the construction site by exercising a control of the compliance of its implementation with design and permission to build, regulations and technical knowledge principles,
