- Description:
- 1. The subject of the contract is to perform investor supervision in the implementation of the task entitled Expansion of the Grajewko channel.
2. The order includes in particular:
1) ongoing supervision over the conducted construction works, conducted through established investor supervision inspectors in the industries: engineering hydrotechnical, electrical, sanitary, general construction and, in the event of such necessity, in other industries appropriate for the specificity of the implemented investment, to the extent required from investor supervision in the Act in the Construction Law in the manner necessary to secure the interests of the Ordering Party,
2) taking actions aimed at protecting the interests of the Employer and the correct implementation of the investment task,
3) financial supervision,
4) control and preparation of the necessary documents as indicated by the contracting authority, resulting from the guidelines for the investment implemented as part of Fevim.
The contracting authority does not divide into parts for the reasons indicated in point 4.6 of SWZ.
5. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of awarding orders, referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
6. The Employer does not reserve the obligation to personally perform by the Contractor key parts of the contract.
