1. The subject of the order is the service of acting as an Investor Supervision Inspector for the implementation of the investment titled: Construction of streets (public roads) in the Kosakowo commune: Agawy, Maciejkowa, Szarotki streets, along with additional services - PART 1 road sector, including coordination of the work of investor supervision inspectors other industries.2. The implementation of construction works as part of the supervised project includes the construction of streets (public roads) in the Kosakowo commune: Agawy, Maciejkowa, Szarotki streets based on the design documentation Construction of streets (public roads) in the Kosakowo commune: Agawy, Maciejkowa, Szarotki streets - developed by Poldukt Project August 2024, for which the Starosta of Puck issued the ZRID Decision No. AB/RW-6740/129/24/K of November 27, 2024. The decision is final.3. The subject of the order includes investor supervision of the construction of streets in the Kosakowo commune: Agawy, Maciejkowa and Szarotki streets in the scope of all industries specified project documentation - outside the sanitary sewage industry, which has been substantially completed.
