Performing investor supervision over the contract "Construction of the Southern Bridge on the Odra River in Krapkowice and Gogolin with access roads and removing the effects of floods consisting in the expansion of national road No. 45 on the section in Krapkowice. "
The subject of the contract is: performing investor supervision over the implementation of the contract entitled: "Construction of the Southern Bridge on the Odra River in Krapkowice and Gogolin together with access roads and removing the effects of floods consisting in the expansion of national road No. 45 on the section of Krapkowice "including the implementation of task No. 1 and Task No. 2
Task No. 1: Construction of the Southern Bridge on the Odra River in Krapkowice and Gogolin along with access roads.
Task No. 2: Removing the effects of the flood consisting in the expansion of national road No. 45 on the section of Krapkowice.
The order includes the function of investor supervision in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021. item 2351) and contract management - contract for the order entitled: "Construction of the Southern Bridge on the Odra River in Krapkowice and Gogolin with access roads and removing the effects of floods consisting in the expansion of national road No. 45 on the section of Krapkowice."
