• Performing investor supervision over the development of design documentation and execution of construction works as part of the project entitled: "Preparation of an alternative agglomeration connection Gliwice - Ruda... The subject of the Order is management and exercise supervision over the implementation of the investment task as part of the project entitled: "Preparation of an alternative agglomeration connection Gliwice - Ruda Kochłowice - Katowice via railway lines No. 141 on the Gliwice - Ruda Kochłowice section, 164 on the Ruda Kochłowice - section Hajduki and 651 Hajduki - Gottwald" implemented as part of the Program for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure - Railway + until 2029 - constituting the basic scope of the order, i.e. in particular: a) Performing the function of Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and the construction contract; b) Material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service of the construction contract in terms of its settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting; c) Technical management, including performance of duties Investor supervision inspector for the construction contract; d) Management, including coordination of the Construction Contract concluded as part of the Project; e) Conducting environmental supervision (in terms of controlling the impact of the construction process, among others, on surface waters and underground, noise, air, land surface, waste management, greenery management) and environmental supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, provisions agreeing the conditions for the implementation of the project and other administrative decisions in this regard, and optional extension of the implementation period by a maximum of 12 months from the end of the implementation of the Basic Scope...
