Description:
Part 1: Carrying out investor supervision over the task titled Extension of the district road No. 1364B on the section from the town of Kilak to the district road No. 1841B in the town of Kulesze (section 2.04 km long), in the design and build system. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) providing investor supervision over the implementation investment task2) participation in the activities of accepting/submitting comments on the proposed design solutions presented by the Contractor at the design stage,3) participation in the protocolized handover of the construction site to the Contractor of construction works,4) inspection of the construction works performed as authorized the Ordering Party on a permanent basis and at each request of the Ordering Party or the Construction Contractor, confirmed by an entry in the construction log, during construction works, 5) control of construction settlements. Task value PLN 3,120,000 gross. Completion date: July 18, 2026 r.
