Description:
1. The subject of the order is to provide investor supervision over the implementation of the task entitled: Delivery and assembly of a photovoltaic installation for the Zabrze AQUARIUS Recreation Complex at Aleja Wojciecha Korfantego 18 in Zabrze, implemented as part of the project: Clean Zabrze energy transformation city. Public utility stage I under the European Funds for Silesia Program 2021-2027.2. Project co-financed by the Just Transition Fund under the European Funds for Silesia Program 2021-2027, Priority FESL.10 European Funds for Transformation, Measure FESL.10.06 Development of distributed energy based on renewable energy sources.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Part III SWZ.Re. Section IV point 4.2.10.) The deadline for execution of the Agreement is set for the period from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, but not earlier than the date of fulfillment of the condition precedent indicated in 11 PPU until final acceptance and settlement of the task, i.e. up to 30 days after final acceptance.
