- 1. The subject of the order is to provide investor supervision over the implementation of works related to the implementation of the task, excluding the delivery and assembly of the photovoltaic installation (acting as the Contract Engineer). 2. The task is a project called "Thermal modernization building of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development" No. FENX.01.01-IW.01-0023/24 under measure FENX.01.01 Energy efficiency priority FENX.01 Support for the energy and environment sectors from the CF program of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027.” 3. The task is scheduled for completion by the end of 2028. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of extending the task implementation until December 31, 2029. 4.Each of the contracts covered by supervision in this document is referred to as Contract. 5. The scope of Supervision Services covers Contracts for the implementation of the Task, excluding the delivery and installation of a photovoltaic installation (Contract for the performance of construction works and Contract for the replacement of windows). In scope including delivery and installation photovoltaic installation, the Contract Engineer is obliged to monitor the implementation of the Contracts in the event of a conflict with the contract for the installation and delivery of the photovoltaic installation. 6. During the implementation of the contract, the Contract Engineer is obliged to take into account all requirements specified in the contract(s) covered by supervision services and to take due care of the interest of the ordering party. 7.
