The subject of the order is the professional provision of investor supervision services for the task titled: "Reconstruction of the district road No. 1435 S Cicina - Wgierska Grka - Milwka from km 3 + 810 to km 9 + 793, i.e. from the intersection of ul. Kociuszki (section of the district road no. 1435 S) with ul. Zielon in Wgierska Grka to roundabout in Milwka (intersection of district road No. 1435S with district roads No. 1439S)".2. The detailed scope and technical requirements for the execution of the subject of the order are specified in the bills of quantities (determining the scope of construction works) Annexes No. 5.1 and 5.2 to the SWZ, and the Draft contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.3.
