- 4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of Investor Supervision services by the selected Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the Project Engineer) over the implementation of the Task "Reconstruction of the Żelazna Polder. Stage II".
4.2 The task is carried out as part of the project "Reconstruction of the Żelazna Polder" co-financed by the project co-financing from the European Funds Program for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027, FENX Measure 02.04 Construction, reconstruction or renovation of water facilities and accompanying infrastructure to reduce the effects of floods or droughts (hereinafter referred to as the Task).
The Project Engineer will be there has taken actions and will exercise due diligence in order to ensure the correct and timely implementation, completion and settlement of the Task in accordance with Community and national law and guidelines, as well as in accordance with the material and financial scope of the Task.
Investor supervision covers a period 25 months of service provision, of which 24 months are for
supervision of construction works and 1 month for complete material and financial settlement of the completed project in accordance with the ordering party's recommendations, the requirements of FENIKS 2021-2027 and the contract with NI contractors.
As part of the Task implementation, The Ordering Party reserves the "Option Right" - the right to extend the period of the Engineer's provision of the construction works supervision service, specified in §55 section 2 Agreements, for a maximum of 2 months.
