1 Division of infrastructure for non-motorized traffic through the Busko-Zdrj Solec-Zdrj bicycle vibration. 1.1. The basic obligations and contractor's rights include, among others investment, to the extent resulting from the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418 of the north amended) and executive provisions; - Pena familiar with the project documentation of the investment task, including the conditions specified in decisions to allow investment road (the contractor will not introduce any changes regarding the type and quantity of Robt without a written order of the Ordering Party);- responsible for coordinating the implementation of the task entitled Division of infrastructure for non-motorized traffic through the building bicycle vibrations Busko-Zdrj Solec-Zdrj in the scope of Robt.
