Description:
1. Name given to the order by the Ordering Party: Performing investor supervision over the implementation of the task titled Reconstruction of the district road - ul. Waryski in the Green Game.2. The subject of the order is to provide investor supervision over the implementation of the task titled: Waryskiego village Zielona Gra, consisting in the construction of sidewalks, bicycle paths and roads made of bituminous masses. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex I.4 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.4. SWZ.4. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the design documentation included in the annex No. I.6 to SWZ. 5. The contractor will provide a warranty for the completed subject of the order for a period such as that granted by the contractor of construction works and a warranty equal to the warranty period.6. The Ordering Party informs that the indications of common names, trademarks, names of manufacturers that may appear in the SWZ together with annexes, The photos included in the description of the subject of the order are used only to determine the visual, technical and qualitative characteristics.
