Description:
PROVIDING INVESTOR'S SUPERVISION over the implementation of road works covered by the task: Construction of a section of the pedestrian and bicycle path at ul. Jaboniowa in Ksienice and Urszulin. The Coordinator's Supervision Inspector, as a representative of the Ordering Party, will supervise in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law in this respect and in accordance with the conditions contained in Annex No. 7 to this SWZ, specifying a detailed description of the implementation of the task covered by the investor's supervision: Construction of a section of the pedestrian and bicycle path ul. Jaboniowa in Ksienice and Urszulin. Documentation and other documents specifying the scope of road works covered by supervision are included in Annex No. 7 to this SWZ and include, among others: a) Designed provisions of the contract (concerning the Contractor of the works) b) OPZ/STWiOR c) documentation and in accordance with the scope of duties and responsibilities entrusted to him, specified by the Ordering Party in this Description of the Subject Matter of the Order and the Draft Provisions of the Supervision Agreement.
