Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a light show using 700 unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) along with the musical narrative during international AirShow Air Show Radom 2025.
2. The desire for the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. From proceedingsfor the award of the contract, the contracting authority will exclude the Contractor if the conditions specified in: a) art. 108 para. 1 of the PZP Act, b) art. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022. on special solutions in the field of preventing support for aggression on Ukraine and protectingnational security (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 507), c) art. 5k para. 1 of the Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of April 8, 2022 on amendment to Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 regarding limiting funds in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws of EU No.L 111 of 8.4.2022, p. 1). A detailed description of the conditions for exclusion is included in point VII SWZ. 4. To confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion, the following documents should be submitted: a) information from the National Criminal Register to the extent specified in art. 108 para. 1 point 1
and 2 of the Act, not preparedearlier than 6 months before its submission;
b) information from the National Penal Register in the scope of art. 108 para. 1 point 4 of the Act on the lack of a final decision of the prohibition of applying for a public procurement as a penalty of a penalty prepared not earlier than 6 months before itfolding;
