- 1. The subject of the order is to perform maintenance, current and major repairs in 2026 in properties managed by Bytomskie Mieszkanie in the following industries: general construction, installation (water supply, sewage, gas, central heating) and electrical installation.2.The subject of the order includes successive, as needed, performance of construction, installation (water and sewage, gas, central heating) and electrical installation works in common parts of buildings and elements on the basis of orders. common buildings as well as their surroundings. The purpose of the order implementation is to ensure the safe use and proper operation of the property and to maintain the property in a technical condition not deteriorated in accordance with its intended use. 3. Works which are the subject of the order include activities listed in the Regulation of August 16, 1999 of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration on the technical conditions for the use of residential buildings (Journal of Laws No. 74, item 836, as amended) i.e.: a) maintenance, i.e. carrying out works aimed at maintaining the technical efficiency of building elements; b) current repairs, i.e. periodic renovations of building elements aimed at preventing the effects of wear and tear of these elements and maintaining the buildings in proper technical condition; c) major repairs, i.e. renovations involving the replacement of at least one element of the building, i.e. activities aimed at ensuring normal conditions of use of the facilities and protecting them against excessive...
