The subject of the order is to perform maintenance, current and major repairs in 2026 in properties managed by Bytomskie Mieszkanie in the following industries: general construction, installation (water supply, sewage, gas, central heating) and electrical installation.2. Subject of the order covers the successive performance of construction, installation (water and sewage, gas, heating) and electrical installation works in common parts of buildings and common elements of buildings as well as their surroundings, based on orders. The purpose of order fulfillment is to ensure safety use and proper exploitation of the real estate and maintaining the real estate in a technical condition not deteriorated in accordance with their intended use.3.
