The subject of the order is: performance of maintenance, current and major repairs in 2026 in properties managed by Bytomskie Mieszkanie, divided into 2 parts, industry: roofing and sheet metal. 2. The subject of the order includes successive, relatively the needs of the Ordering Party, performing roofing and sheet metal construction works in buildings based on orders, in particular: a) repairing minor damage to the roof covering, including fixing the roof covering and plastering, b) repairing roof coverings roofing with heat-sealable felt, including partial replacement of the roof covering, c) repair of roof coverings made of tiles, including repositioning the roof tiles and replacing the roof battens, d) local repair of roof coverings made of galvanized sheet metal, e) repair of minor damages by soldering, straightening and fastening of sheet metal flashings, including replacement, f) cleaning of gutters and downpipes, from the roof or from the riser, g) replacement of gutters along with the replacement of hooks, h) replacement of downpipes and downpipes with elbows and replacement of clamps, i) minor repairs damage to chimneys, chimney caps, replacement of chimney pots and vents,j)rebuilding of brick chimneys with the submission of chimney inspection opinions,k)rebuilding of walls, repairing cracks,l)sealing holes,m)repairing minor damage to elements roof trusses, n) removing icicles and clearing snow from roof slopes in the winter season, o) replacing boards in the roof slope, p) other roofing, sheet metal, masonry and carpentry works on the roofs of buildings intended for...
