- The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance inspection services and emergency repairs of catering and refrigeration equipment of the Food Service for the 22nd Military Economic Detachment in Olsztyn in 2026 in the town of Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmiski, Lipowiec commune. Szczytno in scope, locations and quantities in accordance with the description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 5 to SWZ / No. 2 to the contract and the price form, Annex No. 6 to SWZ / No. 1 to the contract, and the draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 2 to SWZ. Emergency repairs: The Ordering Party reserves the number of man-hours indicated in the price form and the value parts used for repairs are estimates used for comparison of offers. The Contractor is obliged to accept the quantities indicated by the Ordering Party to prepare the offer. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the contract (including annexes).
