performing maintenance services in 2026/2027, troubleshooting, minor repairs and operation tenant emergency services in the field of general construction works in residential and commercial buildings owned by the Gdańsk commune.
1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services in the years 2026/2027, troubleshooting, minor repairs and providing emergency services for tenants in the scope of works general construction in:
-residential and commercial buildings owned by the Gdańsk commune, including common parts of residential buildings (staircases, basement corridors, attics, trolley rooms, drying rooms, laundries and shelter rooms),
-detached commercial buildings, including: garages, utility rooms, toilets freestanding,
-residential and commercial premises owned by the Gdańsk commune and located in buildings of housing communities.
The scope of services also includes, in particular, acting as a technical (tenant) emergency service in the field of general construction works. and immediate removal of failures (and their effects) posing a threat to life, health or property.
Ownership structure of buildings and characteristics of residential premises owned by the Gdańsk Commune in areas 1, 2, 3 and 4:
-number of residential buildings 100% owned by the Commune Gdańsk 1,381,
-total number of residential premises to be serviced 15,260,
