- Performing maintenance services that do not constitute construction works in the light of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended), Performing emergency renovation works (failures, urgent works, construction disaster) in the resources administered by the Residential Buildings Management Board in Koszalin, i.e.: - in residential and commercial buildings that are the sole property of the Commune, together with the accompanying infrastructure, according to the detailed scope agreed each time in the issued order constituting the basis for commencing work, - in municipal premises located in buildings that are the property of the Commune Housing with the participation of the Commune, according to the detailed scope agreed each time in the issued order constituting the basis for commencing the work, in accordance with the list of services - specified in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement. The scope of the works and the conditions of their implementation are included in the description of the subject of the order, Annex No. 10 to the SWZ, in in the bills of quantities constituting Appendices No. 11 and No. 12 to the SWZ and in the contract template Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
