Description:
3.1 The subject of the order is the major overhaul of 2 Lycoming O-360-J2A engines operated on Guimbal Cabri G2 helicopters, divided into tasks:
3.1.1 Task I:. Repair of the main Lycoming O-360-J2A engine of the Guimbal Cabri G2 helicopter as part of OH (Overhaul) on the basis of itsreplacing the engine after major overhaul.
3.1.2 Task II: Overhaul of the main Lycoming O-360-J2A engine of the Guimbal Cabri G2 helicopter.
3.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.
3.3According to art. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires for implementation beforeof the order for employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing major repairs of the engine and a person certifying the execution of major repairs by the personnel performing them.
3.4 Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement on pthe terms of the employment relationship have been specified in the contract template, which is attached as Appendix 4 to SWZ
