- 1. The subject of the order includes minor current repairs and the provision of permanent general construction maintenance services in the municipal resources administered by the Municipal Management Board in the ADM-5 area (according to the rates for cost estimation) specified in the scope of work included in technical specification, constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract. 1.1. the services covered by the subject of the order will be provided in: - buildings owned 100% by the commune, - residential and commercial premises of the commune in housing communities, - municipal buildings economic, - other real estate. Note: The number of works to be performed will be determined on the basis of notifications and identified needs. The work cost estimate specifies the estimated number of works to be performed. Settlement of work will be based on cost estimates replacements prepared on the basis of the rates and prices of materials and equipment given in the offer. In the case of materials that will not be included in the tender documents, the average prices of materials (without Kz) published by SEKOCENBUD from the previous quarter.
