- I. 1. The subject of the order was divided into 2 parts of the order:
) Part I: The service consisting in monitoring the state of protection items (pre -realization monitoring) in the following areas of Natura 2000 in the Miechow poviat: Kalina MaΕy, Kalina Lisiniec, WaΕy, Kaczmarowe pits,GrzymaΕow, SΕawice clergy, tips.
B) Part II: Service consisting in monitoring the state of protection objects (pre-realization monitoring) in the following areas of Natura 2000 in the Miechow poviat: Komorow, Uniejow Parcele, Cybowa Gora, Women-Falniow, GiebuΕtow, Widnica, Pstroszyce.The scope of the subject of this contract is specified in Annex 9 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts.
II. The offer in the proceedings is made, under pain of invalidity in electronic form, i.e. in electronic formqualified electronic signature.
III. 1. Documents submitted by the Contractor together with the offer:
1) completed offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ);
2) completed list of additional expert experience (Annex No. 1a to SWZ) If the Contractor wants to receive additional points in the evaluation criterionoffers;
