Description:
1 tender pursuing with reference number 13/25/ZP/TPBN) covering with its scope: 1) reconstruction of the second pitra healing block in the chemotherapy department. 2) Reconstruction Pharmacy rooms at the cytostatics studio along with the transfer of offices to the basement; 3) Delivery and Monta Dygestorium; 4) Delivery and assembly of laminar to cytostatics 2 pieces; 5) transfer of offices ZDO in place of the hygiene and life department; 6) transfer of the office of hygiene and life department.b) Investment No. 2 (devoted to the tender, case mark 17/25/ZP/PN) - including: 1) designing and performing works for the supply and assembly of computed tomography, together with the reconstruction of the office premises ZDO on the tomograph studio 2. Detailed scope of the task is PFU to be No. 2 to SWZ.3. Additional conditions for the implementation of the fall are determined by the increase in the statement of the statement of the Output No. 3 to SWZ.
