Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste from facilities subordinated to the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łodź and its subordinate units - KWP in Łodź and KMP in Łodź. 2. The Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then qualify them subjective evaluation of the contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure (Article 139(1) of the Act on Public Procurement. 3. In connection with the application of the procedure under Art. 139 section 1, the Ordering Party does not require submitting the declaration referred to with the offer referred to in art. 125 section 1uPzp. The ordering party will require this declaration only from the contractor whose offer receives the highest evaluation. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 points 1 of the Act on Public Procurement
reserves the right to cancel the proceedings.

1. The subject of the order is the provision of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste from facilities subordinated to the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łodź and its subordinate units - KWP in Łodź and KMP in Łodź.
2. A detailed list of units subordinated to the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łodź has been prepared presented in Annexes No. 2.1 / 2.17 to SWZ Price Forms.
The given amounts of waste constitute the basis for calculating the price of the offer submitted in this procedure.
