Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of performing the obligations of multi -branch investor supervision over construction works conducted in the building of the Music School Complex I. J. Paderewski in Krosno.
2. The contractor, with the scope of construction works carried out, is to ensure The participation of industry supervision inspectors having relevant rights in the number and in the temporary extent necessary for the proper implementation of all supervised construction works.
3. Construction and installation design for which investor supervision will be conducted include the construction of the concert hall Along with obtaining the necessary documents (e.g. reports, approvals, permits, arrangements) enabling the transfer of the object for use in accordance with applicable regulations and standards used in construction.
4. Auxiliary information:
a) The estimated value of the works to which investor supervision relates was determined at PLN 10,585,737.96 net.
b) The scope of the work performed by the Contractor specifies in detail:
construction project,
Executive project,
Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works,
