- Description:
- The subject of the contract is the performance of ongoing maintenance (maintenance) of natural watercourses and water equipment to maintain and improve their technical efficiency. Watercourses and water equipment covered in 2025 are located in Greater Poland and are under the supervision of the state water farm Polish Waters of the Board of the Claim in Koło. The work will consist of, among others on manual cutting of medium density of bushes/branches of trees, removing floating plants and rooting in the bottom of the watercourse, ordering the area.
The order has been divided into 5 parts.
Detailed scope and type of work provided for performance under the subject of the contract for individual parts, with their location, is determined by attachments to SWZ:
- description of the subject of the contract,
- location maps,
- contract template.
The indicated attachments contain qualitative requirements relating to at least the main assembly elements on the subject of the contract, which fulfills the premises of art. 246 para. 2 of the PZP Act.
The Contractor is obliged to secure the natural supervision of the maintenance of maintenance on watercourses in terms of the presence of animal nests covered by species and in terms of occurrence protected plant species. Natural supervision must be implemented in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection, by the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law.
