- 1. The subject of the order is to carry out periodic inspections of air conditioning systems in passenger cars.
2. The subject of the order is divided into three separate parts.
3. The contract award procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to the Act of September 112019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act" or "Pzp". The order in question is a sectoral order.
4. Detailed requirements regarding the order are included in the SWZ and appendices to the SWZ, which constitute its integral part.
Execution of the overviewdu periodic 500 air conditioning systems manufactured by KNORR/MERAK in passenger cars
1. The subject of part 1 of the order is to carry out a periodic inspection of 500 air conditioning systems manufactured by KNORR/MERAK in passenger cars.
2. The scope of the review includes the permanent scope of the review, including the work performedne during each inspection in accordance with the provisions of Annex No. 2 to Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and works beyond the permanent scope of the inspection.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract were specified by the Ordering Party in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ.
